Inspecting fruits and vegetables: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming fruit and vegetable shipments to assess freshness and adherence to regulatory standards.

Investigating quality issues: Investigate and address any issues related to our fresh produce or customer complaints promptly and effectively.

Evaluating supplier performance: Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaborating with stakeholders: Collaborate closely with our procurement team to select reputable suppliers and ensure that all products meet our standards for our Fruits and Vegetables

Ensuring compliance: Work closely with our operations team to ensure proper handling, cold chain compliance, and transportation of products, maintaining freshness and excellence of our produce.

We're looking for

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.​

Proficiency in inspection processes, inspection techniques, and food safety regulations.​

Desirable expertise in fruit and vegetable standards, grading systems, and industry best practices.​

1+ years of experience in quality control/assurance, in the food industry with a focus on fresh products.​

Background related to food, agriculture, or a relevant field is a plus.​

Availability for flexible working times; morning shift 06:00-15:00 and afternoon shift 14:00 - 23:00.

Availability for weekend shifts.

Good level of English; Dutch is a plus.
